Mental health is just as important as physical health, you can’t have one without the other.

I enjoy using EMDR with my patients, because it feels less invasive than other trauma interventions, and I have seen incredible results.

If you weren’t a therapist, what job would you have?
I would love to be one of those people who have a food/travel show! Getting paid to travel the world and eat delicious food? Yes, please!

What is something that always makes you smile?
When a thunderstorm rolls in and you can smell the wet dirt. Basically, any time I can connect with nature.

What is your favorite way to unwind after a long day?
Curled up in bed watching a good movie with a huge bowl of delicious pasta.
