Aba services
Creating meaningful impacts on the lives of individuals with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence‑based approach that helps individuals build meaningful skills, increase independence, and improve quality of life through structured, compassionate, and personalized support. ABA focuses on understanding how behavior works, why it happens, and how learning environments can be shaped to support growth. ABA services are delivered with a focus on dignity, collaboration, and cultural responsiveness. The goal is not to change who someone is, but to empower them with tools that support confidence, connection, and meaningful participation in their world.

In‑home direct therapy brings individualized support directly into a client’s natural environment, making it easier to practice meaningful skills where daily life actually happens. This approach strengthens communication, emotional regulation, daily living skills, and family routines through hands‑on, collaborative work. By offering support in a familiar space, clients can learn, practice, and grow alongside the people who matter most to them. The focus is on building confidence, deepening relationships, and supporting meaningful participation in everyday life.
Our in‑home direct therapy services include:
Assessments & Evaluations
Assessments and evaluations help identify the purpose of challenging behaviors and the environmental factors that shape them. Skills‑based tools measure communication, social interaction, play, adaptive skills, executive functioning, and daily living abilities. Interviews with caregivers or team members ensure goals reflect real‑life needs, and direct observations show how the client learns and interacts in natural settings. All findings are viewed through a culturally responsive, trauma‑informed lens, leading to clear, actionable recommendations that guide individualized treatment planning and meaningful skill development.
Parent & Caregiver Training
Parent and caregiver training provides education on behavior and learning principles to help families understand why behaviors occur and how to support positive change. Caregivers receive hands‑on coaching with real‑time feedback, along with skill‑building routines that strengthen communication, emotional regulation, social interaction, and daily living skills. Guidance for reducing challenging behaviors centers on compassionate, function‑based approaches, while support for daily routines helps create predictable, nurturing environments. Grounded in culturally responsive, trauma‑informed practices, this training uses collaborative goal setting and ongoing check‑ins to ensure strategies stay aligned with each family’s needs as they evolve.

Consultation services offer families, caregivers, and professionals expert guidance to better understand behavior, strengthen support systems, and create meaningful change across home, school, and community settings. This service emphasizes collaboration, problem‑solving, and practical strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs and environment. Consultation empowers families and teams with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to support meaningful progress. The focus is on partnership, clarity, and sustainable solutions that fit real‑life contexts.
Our consultation services include:
Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
A Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) is a structured process used in ABA therapy to understand why a behavior is happening and what factors influence it. Through interviews, observations, and data collection, the FBA identifies patterns, triggers, and the purpose a behavior serves for the individual. This insight guides the development of effective, compassionate, and individualized strategies that support positive behavior change and improve daily functioning.
Collaborations
Collaboration brings everyone involved in a client’s life together to support meaningful progress. This includes ongoing communication with caregivers, teachers, and other providers to ensure strategies are consistent across settings. Collaboration involves sharing data, aligning goals, coordinating interventions, and problem‑solving as a team. By working together, everyone gains a clearer understanding of the client’s needs and how to support growth in a unified, effective way.
Trainings
Trainings give caregivers, educators, and other support teams the practical tools they need to help a client thrive. These trainings include learning core behavior principles, practicing strategies through real‑time modeling and coaching, and understanding how to respond to behaviors in supportive, effective ways. Trainings emphasize consistency across environments, culturally responsive approaches, and clear, actionable steps that fit naturally into daily routines. The goal is to build confidence, strengthen collaboration, and ensure everyone feels equipped to support meaningful progress.
Program Consulting
Program consulting focuses on creating supportive, effective systems that help each person thrive across their daily environments, whether it’s in schools or in other therapeutic programs. This process involves reviewing existing supports, identifying gaps, and designing strategies that promote communication, independence, emotional regulation, and meaningful participation. Consultants collaborate with families, educators, and care teams to ensure interventions are practical, culturally responsive, and aligned with the individual’s strengths and goals. The aim is to build cohesive, sustainable programs that enhance quality of life and empower everyone involved to support growth with clarity and confidence.
