What’s something you wish everyone knew about mental health?
I wish everyone understood that mental health is just as important as physical health. Life is not always easy, and having a safe, non-judgmental space to process emotions and experiences can be incredibly beneficial.
-
What therapeutic modalities or techniques do you love using, and why?
I enjoy using a strengths-based approach because it helps clients recognize the resilience and abilities they already have within themselves. I find it empowering for clients to shift from focusing solely on challenges to also acknowledging their strengths while developing tools for growth and healing.

What’s your approach to therapy in one sentence?
My approach to therapy is collaborative and strengths-based, honoring your unique experiences while supporting you in creating meaningful and lasting change.
-
If you weren’t a therapist, what job would you have?
Event planner! I love being creative and helping bring people’s vision to life.
-
What is something that always makes you smile?
Hearing my daughters laugh. There is so much beauty in watching them experience life.
-
What do you love most about working with clients?
The connection that can be built within a therapy session. I value being able to hold space for individuals during some of their most vulnerable moments. Helping clients feel seen, heard, and understood—while normalizing and validating their experiences and emotions—is incredibly powerful.
