a little bit about me…

Outside of the therapy room, I’m a mom, a dog mom to my French Bulldog, Betsy, and definitely a homebody at heart. Some of my favorite moments are actually the simplest ones being at home, spending time with my family, and watching the sunset while my son, Axel, plays outside with his toy trucks. Sunsets are truly my happy place and remind me to slow down, be present, and appreciate the little moments in life. I also enjoy getting away to the beach when I have the opportunity. There is something so peaceful about being near the water and getting a break from the busyness of everyday life, but I would definitely say there is no place like home.
