a little bit about me…

Born in Mexico and raised in Texas, I bring a rich blend of cultures to my work as a therapist. As the oldest of three siblings, I learned early on the importance of responsibility, empathy, and keeping life interesting—traits that now serve me in my clinical work. Though I was raised Catholic, my path has led me to embrace a more spiritual connection to the world, one rooted in culture, compassion, and authenticity.

I’m deeply proud of my Mexican heritage—its vibrant food, welcoming spirit, and breathtaking landscapes constantly inspire me. While I joke that my two great loves are food and travel, my true joys are my husband and our spoiled Pomeranian.

Helping others has always brought me a deep sense of purpose, and it’s this calling that led me to therapy. I value the trust and connection I build with each client and feel honored to walk alongside them in their healing journey.
